Memories Inn will takes you boating in Vellilamkandam or in Thekkady.
The Periyar Lake lies at the heart of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and is a great place to go boating. During your boat ride you can enjoy observing elephants and other wild animals come to take bathe and drink water in the lake.
Apart from that boat ride you have a chance to enjoy the lush greenery, Teak, Sandal and other famous trees at the location.
At Vellilamkandam you can have traditional boat rides with the local people.
